Donations contributed by members of the university community during a previous pet food drive.
Members of the university community have the opportunity to help animals in need during the annual holiday pet food drive organized by Connecticut’s non-profit animal welfare group, Help Willy’s Friends.
The organization supports animal rescue groups and shelters and helps animals in need. Donations of the following will be accepted: dog and cat food (dry or canned), treats, blankets, towels, toys, or checks or gift cards to Petco, Petsmart, or Agway.
Collection boxes are located in Sterling Hall of Medicine I-141 and other areas throughout the School of Medicine, including the Medical Library. If you would like your donation picked up and/or if you would like to host a collection box, contact janice.zulkeski@yale.edu. The drive will continue through Friday, Dec. 21.
