4th Annual Help Willy’s Friends Pet Fair ‘Willy Award’

Congratulations to Branford Compassion Club for winning the 4th Annual ‘Willy Award’. This award was the result of the many generous contributions from all exhibitors and attendees participating in the Help Willy’s Friends Pet Fair held on May 20th, 2012 at the Coginchaug Regional High School. To apply for the award, Shelters and Rescues were asked to write a short essay explaining how the monetary donation would be best utilized at their facility if awarded. We applaud all of the participating organizations and extend special congratulations to Branford Compassion Club who won $2,500.00 for first place. Second place was awarded to Regap( Retired Greyhounds As Pets) who collected $1,000.00 and a $500.00 third place prize was granted to Pup For Partners. The Grey Muzzle won $300.00 for finishing fourth, fifth place went to Circle of Hope collecting $200.00. Many thanks to all who had entered this contest.
